As an AMWIK member, you can now plug in by joining the various committees that address certain needs for the organization. Each board member will be leading a committee which will help them in engaging with you as a member further.
The various membership committees, which we would like to invite you to join are
1. Publicity, Media and Visibility Committee
This will include issues to do with publicity, visibility, social media, re-branding and developing content that will ensure a more visible organization. Please find the full Terms of Reference
2. Membership, Training and Welfare Committee
This will focus on members’ needs which will include mentoring and capacity building for members and potential members as well as welfare. Please find the full Terms of Reference.
3. Resource Mobilization and Partnership Committee
Developing a resource mobilization strategy and identifying partnerships. Please find the full Terms of Reference.
4. Rapid Response Committee
This committee will respond to urgent issues that led communication either via press releases and help in brainstorming and drafting of such for wider circulation. Please find the full Terms of Reference.
5. Human Resources and Finance Committee
This committee will look at the human resources and finance aspect of the organization and aim to firm up systems and policies to aid the organization. Please find the full Terms of Reference.
